Where We Meet

Locations & Parking

Leadbetter Beach

  • Shoreline Drive, Santa Barbara
  • Parking: Main paved lot. First 15 minutes are free for quick drop-offs.
  • Drop-off: Instructors meet near the public restrooms.
  • Facilities: Public restrooms and outdoor showers.

Campus Point

  • UC Santa Barbara Campus
  • Parking: Lot 23 or Lot 24. Permit required.
  • Drop-off: Use the designated roundabout zone for active drops and passenger exits.
  • Facilities: Restrooms available near the parking lot.

What to Bring

A quick checklist for your child's first day in the water.

  • Wetsuit if bringing your own. We also provide wetsuits for youth to use for the season.
  • Towel and change of clothes

Safety First

Weather & Conditions

In the event of rain, heavy winds, lightning, poor water quality, or unsafe advisory warnings from local harbor master or county health, sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled depending on availability.

Protocol mandates direct email and SMS alerts sent to all parents by 12:00 PM on the day of the session.
